I am fairly new to gardening, and completely new to gardening as a meditation technique. Reading this book was extremely enjoyable, and provided useful techniques to use as well as wonderful, specific plant suggestions for each of the 5 senses. Not to mention the cover is so pretty I never want to move it off my coffee table.
