Brush Capture Arrow Rest - Camo Hunting Accessory for Compound Bows | Precision Bow Hunting Gear by General | Ideal for Target Practice & Field Hunting
Purchased this brush capture rest to ensure my arrow is secure when navigating through the forest during hunting season. In my case I had to add washers between the riser and the brush capture rest bolt to push the sight even further to the right. Once these were added my arrows have been hitting on target and am able to tune the bow further. The rest is flimsy and the horizontal adjustment screw holds the rest in place by piercing the plastic arm. I have found after multiple adjustments that this causes pin holes to be made in the plastic arm and it becomes a little wobbly.Decent rest for $7 but would recommend something of higher quality for hunting use.Obviously, for the price these aren't going to be the sturdiest and highest quality rests you are going to buy but I do like it. I am using it for bowfishing and wanted a brush rest that had an opening at the top instead of at an angle so that the rest wouldn't interfere with the screw stop for the slide that is at the back of the arrow. It works fine for this. I was worried about it moving on me since it was cheap and so far it hasn't moved that I can tell.I would buy this again if for some reason I needed another rest for my bowfishing rig.The whiskers are very stiff and in three groups so the fletching slides through the spaces. I got it for my daughters bow and works fine. It's not, imo, as nice as a whisker biscuit, but way better that the stiff plastic arm type holders.Arrow rest is nice, small not very adjustableBrush capture rests are really a nichO.k. for the money.good product, works well, great price, bought 2 of them.Works good the whiskers are already fraying the only like 5 shots thoughbrushes wore out quickly
