Fit perfectly. These aren't first-party Xbox thumbsticks, but for the price that you are paying, it's a bargain. They feel a lot better than the default PS4 sticks after about a year of wear and tear. Tools are required, such as a small Phillips head screwdriver, possibly some tweezers or pliers for the ribbon cable.
